Pilot terms

EloCup is a public pilot with protected organizer access. Club and moderator requests do not automatically grant administrative permissions. It is not accepting paid subscriptions.

Your league and your links

Scores, standings and availability depend on information supplied by your club. Rankings and forecasts are informational. Organizers handle lineup decisions, corrections and league rules. Players can use private links without creating accounts. Keep your link private and use only your own profile or availability page. Responses can be changed before the displayed deadline.

Optional SMS program

EloCup league texts cover availability requests, reminders and schedule changes. SMS consent is optional and separate from participation, photo uploads and phone verification. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Reply START or UNSTOP to resume a previously opted-in number through Telnyx. Ordinary YES or NO replies do not record match availability.

You must control the phone number you verify. Changing a number requires verification and a separate text-consent choice for the new number. Texts remain disabled until required provider registration is confirmed and a league administrator enables the channel. Neither delivery nor carrier availability is guaranteed. Email remains an option for players who decline texts.

Use notification preferences linked in league emails to disable optional introductory and welcome messages. Essential availability requests and schedule changes remain available by email. See the privacy policy for how communication records are used. Support: jcolayco@gmail.com.
